The delivery team, Zumie and Nolan, was punctual and very professional. Zumie offered to add felt pads to the legs which removed my concerns on how to protect my floors and chair legs. The entire delivery was seamless and one the most pleasant experiences I have had with delivered furniture. I highly recommend The Amish Connection for solid wood furniture. Customer service was astounding at every step of the process.

My sales agent, Hannah, at the Juan Tabo store in Albuquerque, could NOT have been better! She was so knowledgeable about the furniture and craftsmen who would make the pieces for us. She happily walked me through all the customizing I wanted to do, which was a lot. She rapidly responded to emails I sent regarding delivery times and charges. I never felt abandoned once the order was made. Our delivery was made on time and the two delivery/set-up guys were also awesome! Brennan and Justin were professional, polite and took great care and time in getting everything set up and assembled correctly. I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience in buying anything EVER! Will definitely purchase more in future. Cannot recommend any stronger! You won't regret it!!! 🙂
